I'm like 90% sure that this addon causes CTD w/o error message if I host a server on the map Dark Wood Extended. The crashes occur on the loading screen between maps, somewhat, though not completely consistently. No crashes ever occured during gameplay or when I started the server and loaded in the first map.

Could it be because of the map's custom Jimmy Gibs zombies?

This is a Script Mod it only calls out for a selection of models to populate on a campaign map. It doesn't effect, control or change in any way, Body Gibbs and Blood Splatter :halloweener:

Glad the gore is no longer generic! I use this mod when I play campaign mods since most hasn't updated their zombies from l4d2 while using l4d1 characters.

Very impressive mod! But I think the amount of L4D1 common infects in L4D2 campaigns/missions is seriously need to be increased though. Honestly, I think they appeared too few, much lesser than the older version of this mod.

@Aisling - Keep in mind there is a "Default" - "Default Urban" - "Default Rural" - "River" to cover areas due too not all Chapters are called out in the Population.txt. I won't be able to dial in every chapter. As some just use these Default lists to populate :halloweener:

Something that I've noticed is that this mod is a bit more inconsistent.

In Chapter 2 of "Hard Rain", I found female suit common, which seems very odd given the area, but a lack of worker infected (the infected in the jumpsuit) which have been in previous versions of this mod.

I've also noticed that in "Dead Center", I didn't spot any male suit common, but only female suit. Something very odd, however, was in Chapter 3 of "Dead Center" in the mall. There were hillbilly infected within the level that you'd only find in "Hard Rain", "Swamp Fever", "Death Toll", and "Blood Harvest" pre"The Last Stand"update.

Yeah, L4D1 versions of their respective Special Infected were added in this update. Check pak01_dir.vpk in the 'update' folder in L4D2 as that's where the new stuff was added to.

I wasn't aware of any spawning difference with Special Effected as your explaining it to me now. I'll have to look into that, I could be wrong!

However I see no new names listed for "Special Effected". Nothing ending in _ld41 as they did with LD41 Uncommon (listed above). So I did assume everything is the same as before with the Special Effected.

It's cool what you're doing with uncommon infected, but I was actually talking about the special infected. I thought the new update changed the way special infected spawned, like L4D1 smokers only spawn in L4D1 campaigns, and L4D2 ones in L4D2 campaigns. I guess I was wrong about that

Not adding every zombie in all campaigns. Other Population Mix Mods already doing that.

The point of this MIX MOD was to restore LD41 and add in more zombies with L4D2. Now that LD41 is fully restored with update from "The Last Stand". My goal here is to add in a better mix of the zombies. To where your not sick of seeing them all in every level.

I do have plans to add the parachutist zombie into a few more campaigns :halloweener:
