Hey Suzuya, quick question, each time I try and open the VPK I get an error with the following, "Failed to create file mapping object for file." any ideas why this is happening?

Nope that's normal you need to wait until done,I guess it's about reading speed ssd might help i'm not sure.

oh never mind i opend the folders (materials, media) and then moved all files to the folder media and open another folder(sound) then moved all files to the folder l4d2 and it worked ha.

But the pictures in the boxes (the box that you select single play or campign play or survival mode) did not change but they changed after the addon loading is completed(to activate addons in l4d2 you gotta wait until the game finishes downloading the addons unlike garrys mod that if you download you dont need to wait until the game finishes downloading again, im pretty sure you kow) is it normal or i messed up something?

I extracted the kancolle files to the 2 folders and it didn't work so I removed every file in the two folders and then extracted the kancolle file to the two folders but the game bacame bit weird. was I supposed to just leave the original files in the two folders and just extract the kancolle files?

OK try to open the game first and subscribe when it's done make sure this mod is activated in add-on menu if it works UI will change.

Really? make sure you do it correctly try reinstall again that's super easy

just extract all .mp3 file in to "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\music\l4d2"
and .bik file to "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media"

Done,if still have problem try rebuild audio cache.

Everything is ok but have no sound

Video background is random every time when you start a new game and loadingscreen not random it's unique only for that campaign map try to load other map

And there is also 1 loading screen as well

For my background main menu theres only 1 background video and music. Is it like that or did i messed up somewhere?

You mean can't find .vpk in Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop?

1.Subscribe and wait for add-on to be downloaded on steam
2.Launch the game and wait for it to download add-on again After that close the game
3.Follow description

Or you mean can't find your local files?

1.Open Steam
2.Library
3.Right click Left 4 Dead 2
4.Properties
5.Go to local files tab
6.Browse local files

I can't find my l4d2 folder with the workshop? Do i need to add it in or something?
