Ok, I improved my flashlight with this mod, but I have another question, how do you disable fog with downloading this mod? What file do I have to open up? Or do I have to type in a certain command in the console or something?

ah but why you not want others changes ... but ok, if you want change only flashlight then open client.dll in notepad++ and change numbers after wods r_flashlightfar and r_flashlightfov on more pleasant for you, also can open shaderapidx9.dll and change r_flashlightbrightness on more bright ... but very bright flashlight its not very good :)

Can you make a standalone file version where it's ONLY for the flashlight? The flashlight here looks really nice, but I kinda don't really care about the other stuff...

Maybe this help. Find this file in directory Steam / userdata / ***** / ugc / referenced / ***** / myl4d2addons and unpack him. Conductor windows / regularize / parameters folders and search / view / hide extensions for registered types files. Uncheck this option. Now can see the file extensions and change them
