Until I update this pack you can still use it in the expansion on regular soldiers, just not on the new special troop types. Or SPARK units... but who the hell would put this guy in a huge robot body, that's the plot of Robocop 2.

This is the best voice pack on the workshop. Everytime I hear this voice on one of my soldiers, I can't help but burst out laughing, it's absolutely beautiful. Makes my hockey mask rangers just that much more hilariously insane.
