To play this mod (And all others) Click the game in the libary and select "Mods" and select the corect mod. As far as im aware you cant do this in the "Simple Launcher".
You also need "Sonic 1" to select this mod.

This is an amazing romhack! The music quality is phenominal, the levels have a Chaotix feel to them, and the graphical effects are so smooth, especially that surprise boss fight! Truly A+ work.

One of the most impressive romhacks out there. Sonic's movement animations are at his "smoothiest" on Genesis/MD here.
