The tow truck tow works, in a way. You must use a rope/weld to tow a vehicle.

Be sure to download the requirements of the required addons, Watson.

The rope/winch tool can be used by holding Q ingame, selecting the rope and/or winch tool, and read the tips that should be on the top left of your screen after selecting said tool.

You do, unless the mod already has a custom skin in it that you can re-color & make it look like something else.

Awesome work! The only thing I would suggest is a police skin. Otherwise its sexy!
