This a fantastic route for the DSGDRR Pennsy steamers to run on (minus the S-1). As much as I love this and the 1990s version of this route, I would love to see a 1950s version of this route.

there is nothing there pure trash

This is an excellent route by Mr Blight. Better than some commercial ones. The small things make it fun to drive. The only complaint is we need to send a maintenance crew out. I kept getting whacked in the face with branches. Thanks, LT.

Here is a list of workshop scenarios for the route.

Has anyone using this route, had trouble uncoupling cars? Playing last night and graphic showed uncoupled but the cars actually stayed coupled. Thanks
LD_Carter 26 Jun, 2019 @ 6:37am
Does anyone know if I can use Rascal and Cottonwoon instead of ohio steel or colton and northern?
blandmedic 7 Jun, 2019 @ 10:09am
Great route! The attention to detail is amazing!
SmokeBox 18 May, 2019 @ 10:12am
Great route, and so much to look at. Will of course return. Get it 5/5 hoots.

Thanks

mindenjohn: If it's for your own personal use and not being re-uploaded anywhere, you can do whatever you wish, have fun ;)
mindenjohn 1 May, 2019 @ 2:19am
A terrific route. I'd like to add some extra sidings, industries, customers and a turntable do you mind?
hotchris869 13 Jan, 2019 @ 4:55am
not working on mine
Notaplatypus 4 Jan, 2019 @ 12:47pm
Good new quick drive works now :steamhappy:
LtBligh  [author] 4 Jan, 2019 @ 10:15am
Notaplatypus: The route was built using scenery assets from Ohio Steel so it should work ok for you, can you run standard scenarios ok?
Notaplatypus 4 Jan, 2019 @ 4:26am
I got the route but I can't do a quick drive I have ohio steel instead of Colten Nothern
LtBligh  [author] 16 Jul, 2018 @ 5:10am
doctoraday: That's what I used to do, Thanks, hope you get a lot of fun with the route :)
doctoraday 13 Jul, 2018 @ 8:27pm
The attention to detail in this route is among the best I have seen, right down to the rusty rail on the seldom used sidings. Takes me back to my model railroadng days.Outstanding!:steamhappy:

sergeant_0ddball: Hi, the Alco is freeware and available to download on the Railworks America website. The Kendrick repaint is not available to the public but it is based on the weathered Southern reskin which is.
sergeant_0ddball 28 Feb, 2018 @ 4:05am
Gotta ask, where did you get the ALCO?
LtBligh  [author] 10 Dec, 2017 @ 9:22am

rrrjjj3: Appreciate the comment :) Enjoy ;)
rrrjjj3 13 Nov, 2017 @ 8:01pm
Beautifully done route--really enjoy running it. Altho the Rock Island GP7 I run on the Blackrock is not proto-typical, it sure looks at home. Thanks for the route!!!
LtBligh  [author] 29 Sep, 2017 @ 9:45am
FlyingScotsman4072: Most of the scenic items would be missing such as buildings, vehicles etc.
FlyingScotsman4072 29 Sep, 2017 @ 6:04am
I don't have Ohio Steel 2 or Colton Northern. What would happened if i run the route without those assets? :)
cofg509 27 Aug, 2017 @ 3:17pm
LtBligh, thanks. I just didn't know if one would be better over the other. Looking foward to driving this route.
LtBligh  [author] 27 Aug, 2017 @ 2:06am
cofg509: I have Ohio Steel 2, the better route I think, but either of those assets should provide the required assets for Blackwood.
cofg509 26 Aug, 2017 @ 2:05pm
I've got everything to download this except for the Ohio Steel 2 or Colton Northern. Is there any preference of these two? I guess which would be the better of the two?
Trainboycole 19 Jul, 2017 @ 7:35am
Does it matter if I use two locos on the Tourist train?
Mikey 13 Jun, 2017 @ 2:25pm
I reinstalled this amazing route after getting Colton and Northern, and ever since I can't find it in my library on the game for my routes. I keep trying to install it and reinstall it, but no hope. PLEASE. HELP ME!
Trainboycole 7 Jun, 2017 @ 6:55am
Sorry for removing you as a friend LtBligh. I did it for a reason which I will not speak of. I'll send you another request.
Trainboycole 6 Jun, 2017 @ 4:22pm
;)
Trainboycole 6 Jun, 2017 @ 4:21pm
Ok, thanks for the info. I will certainly have fun.
LtBligh  [author] 6 Jun, 2017 @ 3:41pm
Trainboycole: It's your route and your imagination, make it whatever you like, have fun :)
Trainboycole 6 Jun, 2017 @ 12:32pm
The reason I ask is because I added some trains to the Blackwood Creek Historical society roster.
Trainboycole 6 Jun, 2017 @ 12:30pm
You don't care what trains we use do you?
LtBligh  [author] 6 Jun, 2017 @ 9:30am
Trainboycole: It's a short route but hope it gives plenty interest and variety, thanks for the comments ;)
Trainboycole 6 Jun, 2017 @ 6:41am
Very nice route LtBligh, I love it. You did an amazing job at detailing and scenery. I love the history that goes along with it. I especially enjoy the Tourist trains. Keep up the good work.
Charles Shackleford 22 Apr, 2017 @ 7:03pm
For some reason, this route works in quick drive but looks like a blank map when i go to make a scenario.
LtBligh  [author] 19 Apr, 2017 @ 4:02am
john cena lol; Just one of them.
Charles Shackleford 16 Apr, 2017 @ 4:21am
What do you mean by Ohio Steel 2 or Colton Northern? Do I need both of them?
Martín Velozo 14 Apr, 2017 @ 8:55pm
I invite everyone to know the new EMD GP35 Chessie System and more.

SamRockwell02 22 Aug, 2016 @ 5:24pm
LtBligh, Thank you for your responce. Thats fine, I was pretty sure you would be busy! Yes I love the ACRR locomotive repaints. I'm trying to get the GP15 one to work. Thank you for your time and responce, Railfan76155
LtBligh  [author] 22 Aug, 2016 @ 4:13pm
Railfan76155; Thanks for the ideas and suggestions, plenty on my plate at the moment though ;)
