Really unique looking helm, with the two small horns and interesting detail for the front side of the helm. Dunno why but it reminds me of Star Wars clonetrooper helmet designs....but thats just me.

It's a really pretty alt helmet skin, but I do think the bottom of it needs to be streamlined/smoothed out a bit so it's not so angular. Nova's designed to be very smooth all-around, so a helmet with jagged edges doesn't really fit. I'm absolutely in love with the top part of it, though (and the horn-like design on the side!).

This helm could really work for, Nova if you could just blend the bottom of the helmet more to, Nova's style. As it is, the abrupt edge/shelf goes completely against the smooth symmetry of her frame. That's just my opinion, of course. Great work, otherwise.

I really dig it but its just not Nova's style. I could totally see this on a Rhino though.

Try to make it on another frame, doesn't suit realy well nova, but it is awesome, maybe Volt or Valkyr?

the Helmet look weird, especially on the neck.. Maybe because of the Defult Skin, i wonder if you ever think a Custom skin to compliment the Helmet

Huh! Didn't know Laika was the name of an animation company. Today I learned. Kallisto sounds like a pretty good name, kinda sharp and sleek the same way the helmet is ^_^

Exactly what Nova needed. It's all well and good making helmets that are practically the same with a changed jet and a slightly tweaked shape of the head - but this? This is something else. Something special. And I am 100% in love with it. Excellent work Tenno.

@Lapalce The primary inspiration was Arkham knight with a bit of Halo Covenant, I did look at a few anime pictures, but nothing specific that I can remember. After some deliberations I decided to go with Kallisto for the name. Laika in mind is assoicated way too closely with the stop-motion animation studio.

@KaraOgata Wow thank you for that extensive feedback. I'll def keep those in mind for future items. As for the name its self, will I do like Laika, the first thing that pops into my mind is the stopmotion animation company. http://www.laika.com/ After some deliberations and testing some names, I decided to go with Kallisto which is both a cat/dog name and one of the moon's of Jupiter.

Hmm, lil sisterframe going kickass, nice; he more I look at it, the more I feel I'v seen that shape in an anime (Brownie from GxS? if so, awesome) Might need a name change though, hypernova is an awesome name, but as a helmet for *Nova* might be a bit too on the nose...
I uhh, second that Laika suggestion.

I like the look, but it doesn't quite fit Nova. Maybe if the proportions were more swept-back.

Kinda looks like a Republic helmet from Clone Wars

Kinda looks like a cross between a helm for volt and one for vauban. Still interesting to see on nova though.

There's stuff there that I'm digging, and other stuff that's throwing me off.

I really like the little horn/wing bits, and the vent at the back ties it nicely together. The smooth curves are definitely a Nova thing.

I think what's bothering me is the plastic look. Maybe it's Tennogen, maybe it's the lighting specifically, but for some reason it looks like a too-smooth plastic toy as opposed the the rubber-y, flesh-y look of Nova. Someone else mentioned it, the vent at the neck is kinda throwing it off, but I think it could probably be worked with. I also get a lot of Boba Fett/Clone Trooper, but I'ma blame that on recent star wars hype.

Also, as a name suggestion if you're not completely set on the current one; Laika. Laika's the name of a dog the USSR sent into space. I suggest this name because, especially at certain angles, the helmet looks a little canine.

Overall, it looks like a great first rendition. Keep up the good work~
