After a quick test, it looks like this is indeed compatible with WOTC. But let me know if you run into any problems.

@Spotter: I didn't do anything to the health bar; in the screenshot I'm using the mod Numeric Health Display.

@jabnoxious: I briefly played with the Long War Toolbox and Alien Hunters DLC enabled and the mod seems to work fine.
