I must say the building often needs workers as the building is slated to hold almost 7000 people thus it is almost always in need of workers.

@Lim Jahey can't wait, and sorry i forgot was the city council one the one in Perth Australia and is it already up? The lights on it at night can get very intense due to all the colours xD

The City Council building you requested is in the works. The lights on it where to cool to turn down and I'm gonna do my best to include/imitate them. It may be a week or so before I finish.
