XJ Luke jump and press down and what is assigned to the "A" button for the Mega drive/Genesis' controlsto make her do a downward spiral attack

Anybody know how to do the parts where you go through a loop in Ice Cap and tear through the floor as Amy? I can't find a way to do so.
