this should be an item that gets added to your inventory when you get a vac ban, and gets permanently added to your tf2 loadouts and can't be removed, traded or marketed but is strange in quality.

2008: VAC (meaning valve anti-cheat)
2022: VAC (meaning valve allow-cheat)

hell there are cheaters that don't even get detected in matches

how would this be distributed tho? the only way to tell a cheater from a honest player is by being there and seeing, playing

Idea:
For new users who plays TF2 since a year without cheating, they probably give as a unique and untradeable badge with take date (Older users will take vintage or collector's type, If they found cheating in-game, badge will deleted and user gets a ban.). For taking the geninue strange one, you need to report a cheater and gets a ban (Found, reported and banned users accoused of cheating: x ).
Pfft, it won't happen...

(I'm not saying its bad Its a good Idea, but In action of the game people wiill act like the cops from "Grown Ups 2" and say "I AM THE LAW!!!" in mics
