Are you running this on a multiplayer server instance or from singleplayer? There is no singleplayer, this mission must be run on a multiplayer/local server.

@cogsed No problem, they were supposed to be commanders for multiple factions (similar to Syria). Players are not really supposed to directly interact with them anyway. Players will fight only one faction of units.

Looks interesting, don't mean to be a putdown but none of those counties accept Takistani and the Chedakis existed at the same time...
