Dude this mod is broken, it says in the console that both this addon and DLIB have the same files, so they kinda crash on each other.

I have a cool one: "NPC became a pillowcase due to Player's Attack."
"NPC doesn't look like themself anymore, because of Player's Attack."
"NPC's soul was delicious to Player's Attack."
We also need drowning messages, such as "NPC's thirst got the best of them." "NPC tried to swim to the bottom." "NPC wanted to be like the fishes."
Also, some fire death messages. "Zombie forgot never to play with fire." Zombie forgot to turn the stove off." "Zombie was cooked like steak. Yumm."
Maybe some fall damage ones, for players? "Miga Smull tried to fly." "Miga Smull felt the pavement." "Miga Smull had the time of his life before he hit rock bottom."
Also, you need to use more than the word "by" between the attack and subject. How about "due to" or something of the sort. I am out of ideas for that one. You think about it. With a little work, this could be the most bloody brilliant thing you ever did see!

I was mistaken. The error message occurs whenever an NPC is killed by the antlion worker's death effect (a splatter of neurotoxic acid). I know why it happens, too. It's because the game is trying to read the cause of death after the cause-of-death's deployer died.

This is amazing! However, there is ONE bug. Whenever an antlion worker kills a rival NPC with its neuro-toxin spit attack, it gives the error:

Every time i die, instead of working properly, it gives me the lua message:
