I don't think this has enough thrusters. i saw at least a two or three block gap were there weren't any.

AWESOME! do you think you can add a lowering and raising platform attached to the bottom? Ive only seen one ship like that, and that was when planets were first shown in video trailers on youtube

It was indeed first made as a mining carrier (see the mining pods). it had way more of them in it's development stages, but then i thought fck it, we make it military^^

That's true. I didn't necessarily mean heavy armor, I just meant that I feel like it's more of a utility ship or a light ship because it is like a swiss army knife :D

I guess 'light' and 'heavy' vary from player to player ^^
I tend to detail my ships out rather than making them flying tanks, and i still wanted it to land on planets, so it's the way it is. I just can't build with heavy armour

I'd say this is more of a light ship, it's too easily punctured. Once you pierce two oxygen areas, it's basically over. The escape pods are really nice though and the ship is great against small ships but if you put two up against each other then GG
