I reuploaded this mod so you no longer have dubble mod in your launcher sins author doenst update it anymore.

Beside error in launcher, this pack works 2.5.1 down side it shows mod 2 times in your list, steam disabled and local enabled.

and with that said, I am unsubscribing and letting the mod die truly and permenantly.

@Roytulin: just google it. It isn't very hard. as long as you can navigate a few folders and make a few edits you'll be fine. Just remember that editing the version number won't actually fix any bugs that may exist because of an update.

Any plans to update? I'm not aware of a way I can change the version number myself.

I think you just performed necromancy dude :p the only reason i'm responding is because I'm still subscribed to it for some reason. That being said, if these are just emblems, I don't think there's going to be a problem. Just edit the file to reflect the latest game version and you're good.

Going to have to down rate this mod as it is a conflict waiting to happen with the overwriting of the whole localization file.

i've fixed this mod, if the author do not wish to update it no more i would gladly upload the compatible version, of course, with all credits to Swiss Knight

I tried this but the mod disappeared from the mods list in the game launcher.

The problem is that the mod ovewrites the WHOLE localization file with a version which just adds one single line of text. The solution is to rename this file (the name dosen't matter but it should be unique) and delete its whole content except:


l_english:
FLAG_CATEGORY_trek: "Star Trek"


These 2 lines are all the mod needs.

If you name the localization file "nameofthemod_I_English.ytml and use this kind of code:

l_english:

####################################
FLAG_CATEGORY_trek:0 "Star Trek"

It will insert just the categories you add, and have better compability :) (sorry for nagging, just got a few questions on my mod why it did not work with yours)

Might I suggest to change the way you handle localization ?
If you include the entire localization file, it tends to break other flag mods mods (like mine)
My SMAC flags mod has a nice way of illustrating a cleaner way way of adding categories.
