I find that second screenshot confusing. This Aleppo, whrre is it exactly?
DerigarsChairman 28 Dec, 2016 @ 12:10pm
it would be great to get a scenario about this era
Rosenthorn  [author] 10 Oct, 2016 @ 3:21am
Nope, there is not. Sorry.
Qua 10 Oct, 2016 @ 12:22am
Great Civ, but the funery towers are quite repetitive, is there a way you could spruce things up, like rotating individual ones, or making them occasianly spawn with 3 towers? Thnks

Hopefully the E&D will be added before Civ VI, becuase then we will all be distracted.

Palmyra is being rebuilt! Ain't it wonderful?
tolaburke 20 May, 2016 @ 2:58am
Part of me wants the armoured workers back somehow.
renzino 18 May, 2016 @ 2:36pm
Thank you for the answer. :steamhappy:
Rosenthorn  [author] 18 May, 2016 @ 1:02pm
Knights of Palmyra (just search youtube for it) and Mirage by Al Marconi.
renzino 17 May, 2016 @ 4:28pm
Great mod but I hope E&D work very soon... Please what is the theme song ?
AK☆ 16 May, 2016 @ 1:24am
i used IGE to automatically create more desert around my starting point, maybe that is the problem
Rosenthorn  [author] 16 May, 2016 @ 1:11am
That's strange, no one has reported that that. I'll try to test that later.
Are you using many other mods?
AK☆ 16 May, 2016 @ 12:53am
cant seem to build the unique building 'funerary towers' on any kind of desert tile : /
Rosenthorn  [author] 15 May, 2016 @ 9:53am
Thanks, but i can't take full responsibility for it. :)
Rechinokov 15 May, 2016 @ 9:50am
Another really nice looking mod, Firebug. Good Work! :steamhappy:
Skyfire 15 May, 2016 @ 8:45am
great project especially during the current events in Palmyra.
Thanks guys!
Rosenthorn  [author] 15 May, 2016 @ 2:15am
Another stupid mistake on my part. I really screwed up, so i'll get a fix out today.
Toast580 14 May, 2016 @ 6:59pm
the civ 4 leader traits arent showing up
Rosenthorn  [author] 14 May, 2016 @ 3:52pm
Palmyra should now be updated to V2, which (hopefully) fixed the leaderscreen and the diplomatic responses.
Rosenthorn  [author] 14 May, 2016 @ 3:39pm
This has already been reported to me, fortunatley, and i am currently fixing it. The diplomatic responses being blank was just a stupid error on my part. The gray leaderscreen is blank for a dumb error too. I'll write up some of my usually terrible diplomatic responses and release a fix very soon.
Miles5280s 14 May, 2016 @ 3:31pm
Getting a broken gray leaderscreen, even though I can see the .dds is fine in the files. Zenobia's unique dialogue is also missing; DiplomacyResponses.xml seems to be essentially blank.
Garuda 14 May, 2016 @ 1:01pm
I know a word that'll scare Zenobia: Aurelian.
Almalexia 13 May, 2016 @ 7:22pm
Wow, I have to say, the music choices are superb for this mod. Well done. :o
NaramSin 13 May, 2016 @ 3:09pm
I do love this civ btw Great Work Sir! :) :)
VRILPUNK 12 May, 2016 @ 9:27am
@Firebug I think that would be a good idea XD Still, great job!
Rosenthorn  [author] 12 May, 2016 @ 7:49am
@Armchair-Warmaster
Gambargin's depication was actually the template, i should probably credit them.
Rosenthorn  [author] 12 May, 2016 @ 7:48am
Ah, terribly sorry. I believe that was the other thing to come later, same as Events and Decisions. i'll fix that now.
NaramSin 12 May, 2016 @ 6:22am
Can anyone advise me on why Palmyra isn't showing up for me when setting up my map using YnAEMP? It shows up when you set it up the non ynaemp maps. :(
Bofulad200ad 12 May, 2016 @ 5:53am
YES! Thank you so much for this civilization into the game. It makes a good tribute to Palmyra I think. I have been following the thread for Palmyra on CivFanatics from the beginning and am glad to see it published now.
VRILPUNK 12 May, 2016 @ 4:32am
An Amazing mod, and for a great cause. Also, is that image referenced from Gambargin's depiction of her? because if that's the case, awesome :D
BukakkeJoe 12 May, 2016 @ 4:27am
It says that this is compatible with civ 4 traits but the civ does not seem to have any.

Very glad to see this mod released Firebug and everyone else who contributed. I honestly thank you guys for making such a nice tribute to the lost relics destroyed by terrorists. Once more, I really do say this was a great event in the modding community which again, am thankful for. Honestly, this mod looks to be great in a lot of ways and it came out great. I will showcase it as it's a nice tribute and an equally nice civilization.
Norton 11 May, 2016 @ 5:51pm
D*mn terrorists. :steamsad:
calcul8or 11 May, 2016 @ 5:20pm
Excited to see it in action - congrats on the release
skaz88 11 May, 2016 @ 4:33pm
I was glad to contribute to the discussion over the design of this mod. I don't know if anything I said made a difference, but I am very happy to see it finally released!
Robo-Pig 11 May, 2016 @ 3:43pm
I'll definitely enjoy playing this mod and I want to say thanks to everyone who worked on this mod, not just for the gameplay value but for their attempt at preserving the culture of Palmyra. The good things in this world usually come in small ways :)
Civmaster54 11 May, 2016 @ 3:13pm
I would have done Odaenathus as he counquered much more than his wife...
|dvh| 11 May, 2016 @ 11:48am
Glad to see Palmyra finally out. Well done everybody!
