To color the letters, right click the model and select "Add Override Materials". Then right click it again and hover over "Show in Element Viewer" > "model". Click the + on "materials" and right click "font" (its in green text) and hover over "Add Attribute" > "color". Type "$color" (no quotes) in the popup box and click Ok.
