That is exactly the plan... but this is an unfinished collection.
I have only built Level 1 hosues, so far...
We need 4 more levels!

Also the plan is that all teh adverts you see on buildings will actually feature as shops and businesses. Eg: the Jolly Christian Workhouses + their Anthrópino Lípos Soap Factory ;)

@dazflint

depending on how it goes, I have considered re-skinning all teh redbrick buildings in other regional stones...

May happen yet, you never know.

Anyhoo, right now i have to have a cuppa then get down to compositing the 45 houses in my spreadsheet from these props!

Very interesting concept, I'm sure I'll ubscribe to these for my next project. I'd particularly like to see Victorian factories/workhouses - I'd feel like I'm back home in Yorkshire! :)

for users there's only RICO and SBE needed. SBE can be turned off after placement. But anyway multifunction is a bit tricky. But RICO itself is smple - asset based on a park or unique building template+xml file in the asset folder. But due to large anount of houses u have mb it is easier just make a theme and thats all)

@SonOfNitrous

I will look into it, but would like the assets to be useable by as many as possible requiring as few mods as possible.

At least to begin with.

to be semi functional u have to use SBE also to split it in parts and assign functions and types to them with SnowCat's mods and RICO. For multifunction read Advanced guide avaliable by link on RICO mod steampage, Cheers!

though looking at the mod it WOULD mean the houses could hold the correct number of households, and the shops could really have apartments above them.

@Wastingpluto533

I will seriously thing about it.

I have considered making larger 4x4s with little alleys to access the houses etc.
But right now I need to get one and build all the other levels and zone types.

with the rico mod you can make like a 16x4 or 16x2 street and make it residential

@Wastingpluto533

Benny Beanpicker (NL) 16 May, 2016 @ 12:36am
hi any change you make a street out of it with the rico mod ?
Jimbobbedyjobob  [author] 13 May, 2016 @ 3:02pm
I'm now slightly worries that none of these buildings will work because I haven't uplaoded the required props separately :/

Never uploaded to Steam before.

Feedback very welcome.
