Download the SFM Model pack here from mega, it contains a few sfm exclusive models not in this model pack, the download link is here:

extract the model pack and put in your gmod addons folder.check your Legacy addons folder in game.OR search for any of the models within your gmod search bar. now if you spawn the models they're Effects.good observation, what you need to do is download the Effect to prop tool, and the advanced bone tool:
