I understand that this is not even a problem with the model, most likely something is wrong with my game, but there are no reflections on the model (on some cars, too, everything seems to be matte). I don't know what to do,I play with the best graphics, so I don't understand what the problem is. previously, there were reflections, just disappeared about six months ago in the next update.

@Derp Cassandra That's because you are using them as ragdolls, using them as player models it works fine and when they are ragdolls using the color tool will change the models whole color and that's goes for any ragdolls so they are not glitched.
