Hey, we won't update the total conversion, however we already made a game mod out of it what we use privately. :) That will always get the newest updates. If you are interested, we can make it public, but remember, it's a mod, not a total conversion, so they won't be compatible!

Hey,

is it possible to have a mod made that onlt does thie following: - Rebananced dino spawns:
* Max dino level is 150
* Max tameable dino level is 80! Don't forget it!
* Made T-Rex, Spino, Plessiosaurus, Mosasaurus and Giganotosaurus more dangerous (min spawn lvl is 40)!

I really like this feature but I don't want to install the total conversion on my server.

Is this doable please?

So I have had this mod for a long time...but recently had to move away from it until there is an update. However, the dinos on my server still cannot be tamed past level 80...? Is there any way to fix this?

No. Primitive+ was designed to operate all by itself, doesn't support any mods, and if you do customize it, it automatically disables the features it comes built with. Because the creator is a dick.

Hello for some reason the Giganotosaurus won't die no matter what I try. It won't even lose a single point of health. I have no idea how hard it would be to 'fix' it but if there is a way yay! Thank you for this awesome mod :D.

It's hard to tell, but yes, everything what changes the dinosaur blueprints will overwrite our dinosaurs. Some may and some may not work well together.

This probably goes without saying but this mod most likely would not stack well with the ARK Reborn mod right? I'm sure that the AR dino's would overwrite what you've already put in this mod. However, will color mods mess with it too much?

Hi this is almost exactly what i was looking for, we did balancing of all dinos ourselfes after weeks of testing via ini, but this is wayy better and much more!

Yes, there is just 1 way how you can tame a creature: knocking it out or passive tame.

Sorry for the further questions, but is it working as intended that creatures that are passively tamable cannot be tamed the old fasioned way? I only tried this with a trike, but when i had knocked it out, i had no option to access its inventory to put food in. Did end up passively taming it once it woke up, but was wondering if this was intentional. Thanks again.

Tsebaracor, check the gallery about more information! There is a picture, what explains you which dinos will stay passive, flee or attack you if you go too close to them. :)

and here was me thinking i had done something to upset the trikes when trying to passively tame them and they decide to headbutt me. guessing thats part of the update, so passive is more like gorilla taming? (or do the trikes really hate me?) Some of the dinosaurs, passive ones such as Parasaur and Trikes, aggro when i get too close even if i dont do anything like feed them. Is this as intended? Thanks in advance for the information, and yay for baby dinos!

The path of the normal, tameable dinos is the same, they are the same as vanilla ones. The non tameables and alphas are in the mods folder, check the path and the list in the custom dino spawns thread!

Same with like, changing spawns around, because I want to lower the spawnrate of some dinos and raise it for others. ( The Center has a lack of Trilobites, so I need to bring them up a bit. )

So, if I were to try and edit a dino now in the .ini, would I need to use a different path? Such as: " DinoClassDamageMultipliers=(ClassName="FlyingAnt_Character_BP_C",Multiplier=0.5) " Is what I use to make the flying ants weaker. Would I need to use a new path, since the dinos were changed?

Tsebaracor, you can use the cheat with this path: [Blueprint'/Game/Mods/ZwinkieTC/PrimalEarth/Dinos/...]

For example like this:
cheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/ZwinkieTC/PrimalEarth/Dinos/Raptor/Raptor_Character_BP_Alpha.Raptor_Character_BP_Alpha'"

I will make a thread with the name of all alphas, keep an eye on it! :)

Yeah it works, i did this command because i have put in the dynamic color mod and then it works :D thank you for the fast help :D overall a !!!VERY!!! nice total conversion :D my girlfriend and me love this TC :D

H4ckerxx44, make sure you use the command "destroywilddinos" after changing any kind of value connected to the dinos! So the new, correct ones can spawn.

i have the difficulty on 1 and i can´t tame a trike level 133 with "press e to feed..." i play in singleplayer

H4ckerxx44, yes, if you set up the difficulty higher than 0 (or 0.145 in singleplayer). If you wanna play on a server, this value should be 0.333, than the max tame level will be 160. In singleplayer this value probably won't work, we don't know why...

I'm afraid it loads slow for every total conversion mod. :( I'm sorry that it takes so long for you. We both use SSDs and it doesn't take more, than 1 or 2 minutes to load in the full game. Hopefully the devs will change it in the future, so the PrimalGameData can load in much faster. What you can do is to start the game, then it starts to load the file already and join the server later.
