Red should be leader for Kanto. His ability is "Gotta Catch 'em all" which grants a bonus for units when fighting near unimproved resources.

There isn't any particular date I can give you for their release, but I generally take one to two weeks to complete them. It's just something I do in my free time, so that could change. Glad you like them!

is there a general date around where the rest are released? loved them btw, only thing is the GMP could use a UUM, but i understand thats very difficult to do

I probably won't be doing it personally, however, the lua can be modified. It's found in ~\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\PokemonCiv_Kanto (v 2)\Lua

Nice work! A question, though - is it possible to modify this civ's code to make it compatible with mods that add new Eras (e.g. Prehistoric Era, Enlightenment Era)

Having a UU that late in the tech tree means it'll very rarely actually be fielded as a lot of games end before that point unless going for science victory and if you're going for science victory you're likely not going to field that kind of unit.
