I believe the "better mods" stopped being better D:
Dahara  [author] 20 May, 2017 @ 12:51pm

Mitler0331 20 May, 2017 @ 12:09pm
@dahara i went to the link in the decsription no worries about making ships someone already did that in another mod and there is also a mod for the emblems for the flags
Dahara  [author] 8 Jan, 2017 @ 1:38am

Coffeeccubus 7 Jan, 2017 @ 11:02pm
Will this include legends plants like Corellia, Alsakan and Talaesea?
Nick96894 28 Sep, 2016 @ 1:29pm
Does anyone else has the bug that nearly every planet is habitable=0% ? Even the home world has 0 %
Sergeant Lamp 19 Sep, 2016 @ 5:48pm
That's unfortunate. Thank you for the update.
Dahara  [author] 18 Sep, 2016 @ 5:13am
@Johnny Most likely not in the next weeks.
Sergeant Lamp 17 Sep, 2016 @ 10:12pm
Do you know when you'll continue working on this? This looks extremely promising if you're going to add all of whats in Legends into it.
Dahara  [author] 11 Sep, 2016 @ 5:55am
Probably not. Im not working on it right now
LeNerd 11 Sep, 2016 @ 5:50am
its not compatible with the newest version?
shep 3 Sep, 2016 @ 10:50pm
is this dead
Dahara  [author] 23 May, 2016 @ 1:50pm
@SHW-Geisterrabe Thanks for the map, cant hurt to have multiple sources
@Seamus Gameus As you described it. All systems we added will be added to your map, every other system (number based on your galaxy size) is randomly generated. Because the generation of the map happens at game start it doesnt work with savegames. But I wouldnt rush it, because the will be more content added in the future (more systems, species).
Seamus Gameus 23 May, 2016 @ 1:05pm
this sounds promising so if i run this map its has 19 systems and the rest r auto generated? also will i need to start over a save file for updates?
Geisterrabe 23 May, 2016 @ 1:02pm
a little help.. a famous Star WarsGoogle Map: http://www.swgalaxymap.com/ with Hyperspace Lanes
MasterGamer 22 May, 2016 @ 12:12pm
Dahara, they are not spiral galaxies, they are rimmed galaxies with a similar assortment of rims. That design is not a coincidence. And fiction isn't actually fiction. Learn your species and its limitations. The universe isn't what you think it is and what you assume isn't real can be and what is may not be. Don't trust your fellow humans until they understand the true nature of this universe: "there is no such thing as limited resources."

Kashyyyk should be neat with both Wookies and Trandoshans chillin there
Dahara  [author] 20 May, 2016 @ 6:08am
@Haru Thanks for this mod. Its interesting to see that you can also do static galaxies. Concerning your star planet problem. As far as i had a look theres nothing wrong. They defined only habitable planets as starting planets (at least in the files i checked yet)
Haru 19 May, 2016 @ 7:40pm
It's called this: SFFA - Star Wars Galaxy
The author only made the base galaxy, with all its relevant stars and systems and hyperspace travel the only possible travel. However, it seems as if they haven't patched the mod to the latest version, and more importantly, starting planets are often stars, gas giants, barren worlds, and frozen worlds. I attempted to look at their code to see where I could change this, but I can't pinpoint the location of those files.
Dahara  [author] 19 May, 2016 @ 3:13pm
@Haru A link would be nice. Working together could save some time.
Haru 19 May, 2016 @ 2:03pm
There is another mod with all of the stars and systems of the original star wars galaxy. However the author is looking at passing the torch.
Dahara  [author] 19 May, 2016 @ 4:57am
@Haru Not the full Galaxy. We add all known systems, which could get up to around 200 systems. All other star systems will be random generated. In some sense its a good thing because in the fictional star wars galaxy only like 30% of the galaxy was surveyed. The non authentic thing is that the known systems wont be clustered like in the star wars galaxy.
Haru 19 May, 2016 @ 4:26am
Does this only change the star system names, or is the galaxy map similar to the canon Star Wars galaxy map?
Dahara  [author] 18 May, 2016 @ 8:58pm
@MasterGamer Is your comment just a statement, or didnt I read between the lines? :) Both the fictional Star Wars Galaxy and the Andromeda Galaxy are spiral galaxies. But around 60% of all known galaxies are spiral galaxies. I dont know if the star wars galaxy was inspired by andromeda to share this trait.
MasterGamer 18 May, 2016 @ 7:27pm
Star Wars Galaxy is composed of multiple rims as is Andromeda. In fact, they are far too similar to be just a coincidence.
Dahara  [author] 18 May, 2016 @ 3:23pm
@MasterGamer ?
@Darth Sanguime they will be added
Darth Sanguine 18 May, 2016 @ 3:12pm
As a Sith, I must insist on the addition of the Horuset and Dromund Systems. :)
MasterGamer 18 May, 2016 @ 2:15pm
It is called Andromeda.
Dahara  [author] 18 May, 2016 @ 4:11am
@Seamus Gameus This https://github.com/Dahara2012/starwarsgalaxy/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed is a up to date list oft all included star systems. Its getting more stars every day
Seamus Gameus 17 May, 2016 @ 9:30pm
how many stars total is it?
Dahara  [author] 17 May, 2016 @ 2:16pm
@ SpaceNavy You subscribe to it. Make sure it is selected in the mods tab in the launcher before you start the actual game. If you start a new game the galaxy will now have star wars named systems
SpaceNavy 17 May, 2016 @ 1:45pm
How do you even use it
