I think this means that Dota 2 as the game itself still has to be released, not sure about this though.

@Tyranoman i think it's not depend on how many battlepoints i have, but depends on the battle level, as the notice in the backpack slot on store
Yeah what nug said, not completely sure how it works yet but I know you can get items at the end of a match, think it's to do with how many battlepoints you have.
@Butter This isnt downloadable, its buyable in the dota2 shop for real money.
