In the room with the 6 laser relays, you can skip doing that part of the puzzle by dropping one laser cube on the button in the corner, and using the other to kill the turret.

Only thing you might wanna fix is the turret hallway having portable walls. i skipped that entire room by shooting the portal into it and skipping the rest of teh room.
