I thought it wasn't working too but there's no problem. But the limitation here is that you have to select specific trucks before loading a new game : the ones with the name "cockpit" at the end.

i dont have this mod but judging from the pictures everything is blurry, doesnt it hurt ur eyes to use the cam?

If you want you can download it, import to spintires editor e update it to make it working again. You can also post it as it was your idea, I won't be mad ; )

This is a good mod but just to clarify, this does NOT add cockpit view to the built-in trucks. It ADDS all default truck as new trucks with cockpit view, i.e. trucks you will discover on maps will not have the cockpit view. Also the animated driver is not present in the cockpit trucks.

Click subscribe just up there. Then, open your Spintires game. Click Play, go to Manage Mods and check if it is on the right side. After that, click OK and try to change the trucks for the trucks with cockpit view =D
