Those are old functions from the tank this TD inherited it's hull from, they aren't present on this variant (DCD should work i think though, if i recall correctly that is the hull-mounted cannon at the front might have been re-binded to something else though).

Rebind them, not much else to do unless your mouse actually have the extra buttons.

what do i press for mouse 4 and mouse 5, i only have left click (mouse button 1), right click (mouse button 2) and scroll wheel (mouse button 3)

If you disliked the design on this you should really check out the other version (it's worse).
