A quick solution for people having trouble with mk4 lab upgrades; just upgrade to mk 3. That way you at least get +8 +2 +2 instead of what would be +6 +1 +1.

It works with the slight lag of having each possibilities for level 2+ duplicated. No resource problem.

The more mods you add the more troubles you may have but i will download this mod to see if there is something to try in aim to avoid this bug if you're sure it comes from it.

I don't understand, it should give +10 +2 +2 , +2 +10 +2, +2 +2 +10, i don't remember having such troubles playing with my mod maybe i should set +9 instead... What do you see for global research points ? Is it increasing with level IV labs or not ?

It could be display, but it is in both the gobal and the building's deatils.

Please be specific, level IV should give +10 for physic, engineering or society maybe you have a display bug.

Big mistake: level IV is not implemented in your mod, so it loses some of its efficacity....

It's surprising indeed i'm always lacking of those one so i use them to increase mineral or energy planet producing or to calm conquested planets

No it's ok, although I'm not sure if it is too much compared to influence costs ingame. I'm at +14/month and don't even know where to spent all those points.

Besides I just think the mod description should address all changes made.

Overall I like the mod, simple and effective. I now need much less of those pointless research colonies. With the increased unit cap of 10.000 (thus more ressources needed) in v1.3, I think your decision concerning research was right compared to vanilla.

Does this mod also add influence generation for planetary capitals (+0.2) and increase the influence capacity to 2.000 ?

This mod doesn't change anything in Ethnic or Governement game settings and it works with 1.2.5. This mod only change one file containing labs settings nothing else.

Found the problem with two versions of Ethnic and Goverment rebuild. Also, does this work with 1.2.5?

I'm sorry to hear that i'm quite sure it's not mine cause ony few things are modified with but beware sometime even two basic mods can be have conficts even if the mods versions are good.
