I think I get why Scout, Heavy, and Pyro are his favorite patients.

Scout got archimedes stuck in his chest.
Heavy got the first uber heart, I'm pretty sure.
Pyro has an unknown gender, so Medic finds that interesting.

Other than that I like it.
I also REALLY hope that the community doesnt think this is how he lost his medical liscense. Honestly i'd like that information to be held a secret.
