Make sure you are changing the ranks in the config.

there is no catagory... its not with ulx... the ranks that can use are in the config

What categorie is it under in ULX so i can apply it to Other ranks?

Im working on the fix im sorry and the config for player ranks in in the config file...

This addon is broken, neither the admin nor the player can send messages through the chatbox.
It also cannot be found in the ULX permissions section so you can't configure who can interrogate players.
The only thing this mod is good for at the moment is forcing motd.
