AMR Logo on the side needs scaling down to size, the R does not overlaop the Star of Life in the real life version.

I like all of this, but the skins included i'm not so keen on. I love the lighting that you have set up, but for certain vehicles I don't have any empty skin slots. The fact that you don't even say what slots they use isn't very appealing. But yea, making the skins a seperate download would be the better idea, quite frankly.
