Thank you very much, this tower is is fantastic, rykaan! You created not only an impressive sundial, but also considered the moon. Truly great professional design. I can empathize with your hours and hours of enthusiastic work that went into this beauty!

Actually, to be honest we'd love the screens you have for Monolith and the Maze too!
Cheers

Hi Rykaan. We'd love to share screenshots of the best island designs on our social channels and of course ackowledge the creator. Would you be able to send your screnshots of 'The Maker's Sundial' to islandscreens@worldsadrift.com, if that's ok? Cheers

Thought you might like to know that the art contest deadline has been extended to 11th July to give anyone that wanted to enter more time to do so.

Wow, this map is simply incredible and I'd say it's easily the most impressive one I've seen on this workshop so far. The sheer attention to detail in it is inspiring.

Good luck at SEGA mate. I look forward to checking out monolith too. That is a very nicely designed site.

I am looking to get into game design as a career from an artistic route hence why this program has sprung out to me. I am QA'ing in Sega Europe at the moment since it's the place to start in London I've found. I mainly do Photoshop work, world building stuff and level design mainly. You can see that at rykaandesign.com if you are interested. I am super busy the next couple of weeks unfortunately, so as much as I'd love to get involved with the competition I don't really have that option right now. Love getting all the feedback and I have another map up now called 'Monolith' which is pretty good . Not quite as interesting conceptually but still quite impressive I hope.

The attention to detail in this is incredible. We were having a look at this in the office and were amazed when the shadow passed directly over the centre of the building floor. Very, very impressive. Not sure if you are an artist in other mediums, but you might be interested in this contest for the game: https://www.worldsadrift.com/founders/

Wow, In this map its easy to see the influences which our island maker uses as their muse. the mechanical school of art and architecture has clearly had made a positive contribution to the form of this island. it's gorgeous symetry, its precision, it's obvious that we our dealing with a proffesional, such patience. As an island maker myself I can tell how much typing of coordinates and angles must have gone into this, especially as we haven't received the new update at the time of me writing this review. I highly recommend this and, if we are required to vote as a community for islands to move into the main game, well, it should be clear by now that I vote in favour of this beautiful piece.
