Dude, i've been using E5150's UMP Retexture since he released it. That's the vanilla texture not his. Just go into his submission and look at the markings / magazine.

@Rymd That's because of the overlay on one of the layers that I had which brightened the texture up, I know I definitely used his texture as a base to work from to correspond with his normal map

That looks like the default base texture than the ones by E5150 to me.
