hey im trying to get oblivion meshes into the creation kit, but when I try select an oblivion model to make new static, I always get this red diamond with an exclaimation point in the middle

When in game what do you do to get to the Imperial City? Any commands or anything or is there just a door and when you go to it you go to the imperial city?

@kenvic - press the green Subscribe Button and when you run Skyrim allow it to load up; under Data folder be sure the mod is checked, then play the game. Also check the required files (DLC - see the right side panel above).
