Will definitely help people with deciding to get this mod or not. Enough people appearently don't even know where to look for the folder of each mod, not to mention that the naming of the corresponding folder is the ID of the Mod on the workshop, which doesn't really help with quickly finding it. (personally I don't have a problem with that, but well, just talking about the broader general audience and how to make your mod more attractive on the workshop)
Not everybody's like me who can just dive into the .ini's to edit to my heart's content.
Telling people that they can do this via your files also help.
Ratios, such as 1 = 2 days gets you a whole many different places than just stating the plain obvious without much else.
Just my .02 cents
Also, if this really is just an edit of an .ini, then you clearly have something that doesn't belong in the mod there, making it almost 16MB big...random guess would be the "XComGame"-Folder inside of the "Src"-Folder... (iIrc that that had that kind of size)
