@Firemagnum You need to have CSS mounted to Garry's Mod (can be done from main menu by pressing the little controller icon in the bottom right corner) and you don't necessarily need the map rp_downtown_reloaded, but the materials and models for it (check the required items list). Once all of that is done, restart your game and it should work. If the issue still persists, the issue is most likely within your game itself, and not the map. And if that would be the case, I'd suggest cleaning up your addon list a bit more, as well as verifying the game files through the Steam library. Hope this helped in any way. And now that I've gotten this far in the comment, I noticed that you stated that it worked before, so the issue is most likely a bunch of addons you have, such as material and texture changing ones.

Can you remove the shiny textures..? For example, the bar counter, the stone walls in the wine cellar etc. It just looks odd as Gmod doesn't handle shiny textures too well, the lighting is just buggy, looks really off

There is a hidden button somewhere around the bar.

How do you get access to the one room that has the secret crawlspace door? there only seems to be a open to get out, What about going in.
