you can not force people in to asking people permission for to use your map, the workshop is public place for people to download and use content as they please. And no one upholds the right to place copyright laws on their creation (which is what your doing) so people who want to use this map have permission from steam to use it. Creators of this map if you have a problem with the rules of the steam workshop, please contact a steam administrator to express your view
