Parudoks  [author] 24 Apr, 2020 @ 3:08pm
Hey sorry, I'm probably not adding more traits because CK III is coming out this year.
Dr. Quackers M.D. 16 May, 2019 @ 6:36pm
So dead?
Human72 4 Oct, 2017 @ 9:00pm
for number 2 is that just a trait for increase fertility? and does this work for woman past 45? cause that is the cut off age for when no more children can be born by them in the game? also if possible this could be added in to the mythros or other like mods. :P well fantasy ones.
Icefrompurgatory 22 Jun, 2017 @ 4:10pm
I think the Immortal trait doesn't Work. One of my characters that had it still died of old age.
jamie_van 30 Apr, 2017 @ 12:57pm
LOL beat the immortality Quest with 27 diplomacy 2 or three times now. Also beat it with 22 Martial. you're just doing it wrong.
Gbrille 25 Jan, 2017 @ 9:53pm
Immortality quest cannot be completed even when cheating with 100+ intrigue
Parudoks  [author] 22 Jun, 2016 @ 10:18am
@Holy Athena All great suggestions, just added them to the list :)
Holy Athena 22 Jun, 2016 @ 10:03am
(All the modifiers I put in are just fillers as an example hence why they're all like +10, etc.)
Holy Athena 22 Jun, 2016 @ 10:02am
Wise: (Very rare trait, that increases all base stats, possibly a bonus to tech, or teaching children). Arrogant: -10 Personal Defense +5 attack +5 defense Crude: (Very rare trait) +5% to cost of buildings Organized: +10% to Retinue size Impressive: +5% to Retinue size Ignorant: (rare trait, but negative impact on all base stats, and military) Possessive: +20% fertility -40 spouse/concubine opinion
Holy Athena 22 Jun, 2016 @ 9:52am
Anticipative: +10 to attack -10 to defense Alert: +5 to defense +5 to personal fighting Caring: General Opinion +10 Charming: +10 fertility Forgiving: +1 Piety Innovative: -5% cost to buildings Insightful: +2% to tech spread Logical: +1 Learning Knowledgeable: +2 Learning Split Personality: -10 General opinion - 5 Vassal Opinion +10 Intrigue Peaceful: Less LIkely to wage war Persuasive: +5 Diplomacy
Holy Athena 22 Jun, 2016 @ 9:44am
A few others that would be neat: Comedian: General Opinion +10 Vassal opinion -10 (Vassals negative due to being seen as not as "tough" or leader like) Joker: Family opinion +10 Vassal Opinion +5 (Unlike Comedian, you don't make jokes at wrong times)

I did try to read up on it and there seemed to be many cultures/religions that have a bias against left handers though I couldnt find info for others. The only culture I found concrete proof for not being biased in any manner is probably the Aztecs, and for religion I didn't see much for for the Indian religions. But if you guys would like, I could remove the piety/general opinion and lower the Church opinion to -10.
Lord Sneed 22 Jun, 2016 @ 7:03am
It was only Catholics and some Middle Eastern cultures that disliked the use of the left hand, but ay lamo its a game.
ɌƗȻꝀŦɆɌ 21 Jun, 2016 @ 12:17am
left handedness opinion should be limited to cristians, or maybe just catholics :P
mrcoolize 20 Jun, 2016 @ 9:55pm
The amount of buff/debuff they give are way too high compared to normal ck2 trait
F0ggy 18 Jun, 2016 @ 4:03pm
i think it makes much sence. Some cultures consider them as outcasts.
And usually church hated left handed.
christopher0936 18 Jun, 2016 @ 1:09pm
lol -0.5 piety for left handed makes no sense. Sure it would piss the church off but you didn't ACTUALLY do anything wrong xD
F0ggy 17 Jun, 2016 @ 5:00pm
ok, tnx for answer.
Parudoks  [author] 17 Jun, 2016 @ 8:50am
@mr.F0ggy I went with a +1 combat for left handed because almost all traits in CK2 only give a +1 advantage and it seemed more balanced.
F0ggy 17 Jun, 2016 @ 8:37am
i think there must be bigger combat advantage for left handed!
Parudoks  [author] 16 Jun, 2016 @ 6:13pm
@Hemeligur The CK2+ version is intended to be more compatible with CK2+ by removing conflicting traits. Currently that version does not contain the Ambidexterous or Left Handed traits as CK2+ has its own version of those traits.
Hemeligur 16 Jun, 2016 @ 5:02pm
Whats the difference between this mod and the other "idiosyncrasy CK2+"?
Parudoks  [author] 16 Jun, 2016 @ 3:35pm
@aengoth The console name is immortal_idiosyncrasy . The reason was that other mods had "Immortal" traits (Some of which referenced the Persian Immortals rather than actual immortality) and I didn't want it to conflict.
Aeng 16 Jun, 2016 @ 2:27pm
Whats the console name for the Immortal trait? When I try to remove it from heirs remove_trait immortal # isn't valid.
Parudoks  [author] 15 Jun, 2016 @ 4:32pm
@Antares I've added an AGOT compatible download link in the description above. Currently I do not use AGOT, so you'll have to help me spot any potential issues. Right now the "Devout" trait will no longer remove decadence (which doesn't exist in AGOT) and the "Tolerant" trait should now be altered to apply to the faiths of AGOT (Westerosi, Drowned God, etc). Let me know on the other compatible mod's "Bugs" discussion if there are any AGOT traits incompatible with mine or if one of my traits should be the opposite of one of his (It's hard to check when I don't have the mod). An example would be if there is a "Sinful" trait that exists in AGOT, which of course cannot exist with the "Devout" trait.
Antares 15 Jun, 2016 @ 3:49pm
AGOT Copatibility maybe? I mean, It's great in both CK2+ And Vanilla, you think it'd be good in AGOT?
Prophet of Krieg 15 Jun, 2016 @ 2:59pm
thank you for being diligent, I shall download he mod now.
Parudoks  [author] 15 Jun, 2016 @ 2:45pm
@Prophet of Krieg I just added a CK2+ version at the top, which will not include the Ambidexterous or Left handed Traits.
Prophet of Krieg 15 Jun, 2016 @ 2:15pm
actually, it was CK2 plus, sorry, but that should make it easier, sorry for the mistake, anyways, thanks for responding.
Parudoks  [author] 15 Jun, 2016 @ 10:16am
@Prophet of Krieg I wouldn't mind trying to find a way to get the two mods to work together, but which mod did Sketchy make that includes those two traits? I have his "Sketchy Traits" mod downloaded and I never saw Ambidexterous or Left Handed pop up.
Prophet of Krieg 15 Jun, 2016 @ 9:36am
I would use this mod, but, sketchy made a mod like this (he added left-handed and ambidextrous), if you could create a seperate mod for this (because this mod has good ideas), then I would, but, not really trying to force you to do this, just asking.
Dimebag_Gerald 15 Jun, 2016 @ 2:05am
You deserve to have praise for this mod, absolutely love it, well done! +1
Vielislav 12 Jun, 2016 @ 5:36pm
sorry
Parudoks  [author] 12 Jun, 2016 @ 4:51pm
@Beregabauj I've added a direct download button in the description. Enjoy!
Vielislav 12 Jun, 2016 @ 4:04pm
manual download please
Parudoks  [author] 11 Jun, 2016 @ 11:07am
@Asakhra I hadn't considered that until now, I will update the trait today to include it.
Parudoks  [author] 11 Jun, 2016 @ 11:04am
@markhunter Great ideas! I will consider adding them in the next major update depending on how well I can implement them :)
Asakhra 10 Jun, 2016 @ 6:16pm
I, too, have a suggestion, just to make the Left-Handed trait not entirely negative; fighting a left-handed person can often be rather surprising for right-handers who are used to their opponents doing everything with their other hand. Lefties thus tend to have a bit of an advantage in personal combat against less experienced fighters. Perhaps Left-Handed could give a +1 combat bonus? Nothing too major, obviously, because it's only a slight edge after all.
markhunter 8 Jun, 2016 @ 1:30pm
Cool Idea

here are a few of suggestion:
oath adherence
(This Person keeps his/her word by the Letter)

+ 25 Opinion
+ 2% threat reduction per Month ( if you have this trait your threat level decreases ervery Month for 2% more than without)

you have to fullfill your Promises

Colonialist
-20 Opinion (outside your Relam)

you have the oportunity to conquer/subjugate areas in which your Relam has either an Tradepost or an City/Tempel/castle
