Apperentley, the laser simpley does not, well, shoot. The laser charges up, (about the sise of the cannon itself) and then after ten secons, POOF! there is no projectile,

I dont think I can change the power because I have a block which can change the energy cost into the power gaining.So maybe the velocity is a good idea.

i dunno. for the damage, maybe lower the velocity instead of the range/make the power consumption higher?
and for the range, make it increase power cost instead of reduce damage.

the cannon modifiers are bad :(
you can't have a high-damage high-range cannon because the mods cancel eachother out :(
