I really enjoy this civ and love your mods ! My only concern is that the UA is given to any Civ in the game, not just Burgundy. Is this normal ? The lua code seems to lack the HasTrait function.

@zArkham4269 -> I just installed the latest gazebo community patch and started a new game. 132 turns in (classical era) and, I still don't have those decisions.

Would not using the Gazebo patch cause this Civ's Events & Decisions not to show up because they aren't.

Good Mod. One feedback point: I had an audio error around turn 80 when my horseman attacked a barbarian. It replayed the 'fight sound (grunts)' in a continuous loop everytime I selected my horseman. Deleting the Unit fixed it.
May not be related to your Mod, but wanted to put it out there as a data point. See if anyone else experiences funky issues.

VERY nice, it makes me think of a cultural Venice (which I also said on the forums, I know). Which types of city states produce cultural great people? I would imagine religious city staes produced artist points but beyond that I don't know.
