I could try to make one using custom textures but it wouldn't look the same. the DLC are needed because I use parts from it - the original Creation Kit has limited parts.

can there be a non dlc vercion of this? just asking dont get super logistic abut it just asking =/

A Jarl is like a prince because Ulfric is the usurper/High King.

still doesnt fit the game dialogues, never seen someone saying excellency to their jarl on the game

excellency is used for princes and lesser royal officials. Your Majesty = King.

Being a jarl is not the same as being a king. Phrases like "your excellency" are out of line.

What DLC Do i need to run this? I have the heartfire one becuase you've not said which DLC you need to run it :( I kinda like the idea of being a dragonborn elf jarl :P

Great idea for a mod. The only thing to do now - make it alive! I loved this mod, but it felt a bit too empty. Just let some citizens run around, do stuff you know...

guards and other servants = use the Centurion Bust to summon them.

You need worker stalls and houses and roads and a well. Seems so empty...

But... why would the Jarl do all the menial tasks 'for' the people who should be doing the tasks for you instead (so that you can then claim to have helped the people by distributing it)?

That being said, there needs to be citizens posted at stations/stalls and who are walking around. Also guards with this keep's colors worn.

@A Wild Pyroshark - most "textures" are from Skyrim. I use DLC for components in the Mod.

do u seriously need dlc's, couse i dont see why i would need them for this mod
