Is this mod still in development? Some generic portraits as well as a good portion of unique Asian ones appear to be vanilla.

Hay man tell me please how do you save .dds portraits. I fail whein Photoshop tells me about this picture size should be devedet to four (something like that). I m just trying to edit ingame .dds portraits. Thats all.
Please help me bro.
