@KingLeno, any idea why your residential assets only allow me to have one household? I believe I have read about issues like this with conflicts between RICO (which sounds like its been broken) and realistic population/ consumption. Recommendations?

The game says I cant plop this asset without having 20000 squares of commercial zone first. Any way that i can get around this?

@dikaboy yeah, i mention in the video that it was a temporary/incomplete/concept building and has kinda been abandoned. It works for me in-game but is far from ready to be used publicly. Follow me on youtube,facebook, or twitter to see if/when i restart the project
