in the last month or so my creations have been at a loss due to my vacation, and i may not be able to fully come back to my formerley high place in steam, so...i need your help.

no, i cannot re-texture particle effects, the update only allows you to change what the blocks look like :(

But is it possible to make frozen blocks look green-ish? That'd be funny
