That's a beautiful outfit and it nice to look at, but it is too powerful. HUGE disbalance, as for me. Seriously. Dragonscale Armor (without shield) better than "outsider outfit" for a few points of armor! But "Dishonored outsider outfit" can be created from the very beginning, because everything that you need for creating this outfit is the leather! And you can easily upgrade it and you will become unbreakable for regular enemies. Make it challenging!
