@Harry the Hamster yes but i recall in my early days of playing kf1 that the wave music on mp was intact so i asumed twi was at fault and i thought once a map gets officialy added to the game that its twi who has control over it or atleast to an certain extent. stil thx for the reply that answers my questions

also offtopic: fun fact since we talked about the potato sack event i wanted to share that i have encountered the portal trader before even though i have the game since summer event 2012 it was caused i think by a bug trough installing that defend mod game (i believe it was called defence alliance not sure) wich you could find on steam it caused the game to go back to regular kf and my perks where reset to zero and all servers had the portal trader, has anyone else encountered this besides me back then cuz i know theres no mod to activate her.

@masterchief: I don't think TWI is behind the old song name being used. MP is a community made map so the original author is at fault.

The 2 extra songs are also songs in the game already, just using their KFMod names. KF3 is just Bled Dry & KFRock is just Containment Breach.
I also looked up gameplay video and also noticed there was no music playing. IDK if it might be the fact that the event was released sooner then intended, but i have checked the update history for that event some years back and the song was pushed out in the update (the early release one i think)
Maybe it was removed in the end due to the licensing ending?

@Detail.movie💕 i have one more question if its possible, its about the aperture trader music, so ive seen a few people saying that during the potato sack event the track "smoothjazz" played but was removed after the event, well heres the thing i recently watched some old videos wich are 9 years old from people who played on the map during the event and i can confirm that the portal track didnt play during trader time it was silence just like it is now, so my question is was it removed on the last sec before they dropped the event back then or did it not play cuz of a bug?

@zYnthetic yeah i have now noticed this thx to your comment that the missing track on mountainpass "KFSIN7" is in fact "KF_Hunger" wich is located in the games music folder, i asume the reason it didnt play on mountainpass is because twi used the old KFMod name of the track in the mountainpass ini file wich explains why it still plays on farm but not on mountainpass unless ofcourse you sub to this mod.

@zYn: You made a official Mountain Pass tracklist? Im aware of the int file you upload years ago which was just a copy of Wyre's file.
zYnthetic 26 Apr, 2020 @ 12:26pm
Nice work. TBH I had no idea there were still references to KFMod tracks in the game. Repacking all the music was my job and removing/renaming everything from the mod was the first thing I did. Mountain Pass came well after this was done so how it came to reference a mod track is beyond me. I recall submitting an int with a proper tracklist to the dev build but like the Transit fixes it never shipped.

As requested, both tracks have now been removed from the Workshop and Dropbox link.
masterchief 25 Apr, 2020 @ 7:22pm
@Detail.movie💕 i have to agree with Harry the Hamster you dont have to delete it you can simply remove the transit osts and keep the fixes for aperture and mountainpass that way people can subscribe to both yours and zynthetics ost restore fixes.
Temu Employee 25 Apr, 2020 @ 7:13pm
You don't need to delete your mod, you still provide 2 missing songs from the game.

If anything, you could just update your mod and just remove the transit songs.

@masterchief thank you for letting me know. I have left a comment for them and edited this mod's description. I fully support it.

@Detail.movie💕 hi me again just wanted to say that zynthetic recently released a mod on the workshop that also fixes the missing osts but only on transit (both survival and objective) and they used the loop version that was intended for the game.

@masterchief, hi, glad you liked it! Access Denied has no track listed so I think it's what the devs intended.
masterchief 10 Mar, 2020 @ 12:22pm
@Detail.movie💕 thx i subbed, to bad i cant install this on my server otherwise i would, also one question on kfo transit there also seems to be no music playing during the "acces denied" part is that normal?

@Boltte, These are originals, yes. I was careful to be as true as possible to the official INT files, none of these tracks is personalised. Also, please note, these songs don't replace any songs. They replace silence.
Boltte man 22 Mar, 2018 @ 4:28pm
Are these the originals or your personalized replacmenet songs/music?

Hello, PinkiePie645! You are very welcome, I didn't notice either actually until I saw the ints for myself. It's very interesting to hear them in-game once again.

Regarding Mountain Pass, you're right, there isn't an int for it, at least not in the System folder so I did some more digging. I used KF SDK to extract Mountain Pass's missing int and surely enough it was there. Took a look inside the int and it has a single kfmusictrigger which points to that elusive track, KFSIN7. I put it into the game for the heck of it to see what would happen and it plays during the combat waves. I also deleted the int to make sure no mistakes and it still plays, so I'm certain it does have an int but it's located inside the map file.

I rarely play on vanilla maps so i never noticed the Transit & Aperture music missing, but i remember them actually playing. Thanks for that!

Thou Mountain Pass does not have any music at all, as it does not actually produce its own .int file which is made when a kfmusictrigger is actually added into the map.
