Very easy having played Gig’s take on this, but it’s not a bad puzzle for beginners. Some level of spatial reasoning is required. I was gonna say how I thought the lights were a little erratic and the geometry awkward, but I think it’s more so the portal/non-portal surface placements in some areas that made the aesthetics feel just a little “messy” to me, since when I was writing this I did take another peek at the chamber to see what exactly felt a little off about it to me. Nevertheless, I do appreciate the BEE2 work, and the overall layout of the chamber is unique.
Sorry for putting this message here, but I didn't find any other way of contacting you. I hope you see this.
Long story short, I found your website, clockworkbrain.net , just recently. I'd like to play your Portal 1 maps, Manic Mechanic and Try Anything Twice, however, the downloads on your website are broken. I would love it if you would provide a working link to those maps. Portal 1 has its own charm and it's a shame I missed the community creations from back in its heyday.

@Gig: I think "Online" means just "Signed into friends". I'm not always signed into friends when I'm mapping.
(Finally managed to solve the fizzler pole situation.)
I'm holding off on updating it though, since I'll loose the animated fizzler poles. (Still need to make a workaround for that.)

I agree that it's a bit big (the original Portal 1 version is a lot smaller) but that's mainly because everything has to be made of these huge blocks. Kind of like having to sculpt a kid-sized sand castle with a JCB. (I tried smaller versions but the design just didn't work out.)
