Any way to stop these houses outside this district? Another mod perhaps?
A condominium or neighborhood under construction looks cool. But having the whole city like this bothers me.

Am I doing something wrong.. because with this mod only the houses get updated the commercial zones and industrial remain the same as the vanilla style? When I use theme manager it doesn't even work at all

could you please make a second district theme that doesnt include the construction? it take a while to remove the construction from the theme and every time i restart cities skylines they pop back up again

Is there a way to keep this as only a district style and not have it mixed in with the game's own styles? I like it a lot, but I'd rather not have it scattered with the vanilla CS homes.

I love this district style!!

It is just like when a new area is being built. I think the construction and framing levels are amazing!!! To all who think this is broken, it is NOT. This style is supposed to look like construction sites until you hit level 3. How do you do that? PARKS, schools, commercial, etc.
