At first i love this building however im not sure why but in my ciys as soon as i get the office zones going this building dominates my city like over 100 of them looks like im running a cult city . all good though just cannot figure our how to reduce how many pop up- if i bull doze ten more more pop up in random locations .

It is an unique building with random illumination. I'll look into it if I can make it growable, thanks for the feedback.
